Lynette is a local girl, her parents still live on the Balldale farm where she grew up.  Lynette attended Corowa Primary School and Corowa High School.

It was while on two weeks work experience at our firm, then under the banner of Coopers & Lybrand, that Lynette first had an insight to the workings of an accountancy office.  She returned to Corowa High school to complete her Higher School Certificate but was offered a full time position at Coopers & Lybrand once she had graduated.

Lynette completed her Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) at Charles Sturt University in Albury during 1991.  She then undertook further studies and was admitted as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia in 1997.

Lynette become a manager in 1997 and was then admitted as partner of Johnsons MME on 1 July 2010.  Her focus is on business services, taxation and self managed superannuation funds.  Lynette's interest in providing assistance and guidance to clients with their electronic recording keeping and processing has also seen her become our current Information Technology partner.

Lynette enjoys the interaction with clients, covering all aspects of the small business and farming businesses; from the client expanding and growing, to the client selling their business and moving into retirement.

Lynette is currently the Treasurer of Albury Central Inc, an organisation dedicated to promoting and enhancing the Albury Central Business District.
