Stephen Hogan
Business Services

Stephen, originally from Cobram was first employed by Johnsons MME in March 2002.  He was promoted to Manager in 2009, after completing his
studies and being made a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia in 2008.

Stephen works with a wide variety of clients offering them business and taxation services.

Steven Logue
Business Services

Born in Canberra, Steven commenced work with our antecedent firm, Coopers & Lybrand, in February 1989.  He became a manager at
Johnsons MME in 2004. Steven was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia in 1998.

Steven works in the area of business and taxation services, using his skills in these areas to assist and guide a variety of clients.

Dale Goonan
Business Services


Dale, from Myrtleford, was first employed by Johnsons MME in July 2003 as a Junior Accountant.  He was appointed as a Manager in
July 2012.

Dale completed his Bachelor of Business (Accounting) in 2008 and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia in 2010. 
He also holds a Diploma in Sustainability which he gained in 2011.

Dale works in the area of business and taxation services, using his skills in these areas to assist and guide a variety of clients.  He is also
called upon at times to help with work in connection with carbon and sustainability business services.

Paul Lappin
Audit & Assurance Services

A local Chiltern boy, Paul has been working at Johnsons MME since January 2011, working as a manager in our audit and assurance
services. His qualifications include being a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, he has a Masters in Business
Administration from the University of England, is a Justice of the Peace in NSW and he is also a Certified Club Manager.

While working on a number of audit jobs, Paul's expertise is in the Registered Clubs industry.

Ryan Schischka
Audit & Assurance Services

Ryan has joined our firm this year, moving from Auckland, New Zealand.  He has also had stints in London and Ireland, working in the
audit field.

Ryan is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Ryan's core skills are in the audit process, with strong skills in analysis and interpretation of financial and non-financial information. 
He has worked on a variety of clients from a wide range of sectors including financial services, property, insurance, manufacturing and
retail sectors.

Grant Lewis
Financial Advisory

Grant commenced with Johnsons MME in 2008 as a manager in our financial advisory division.

Grant's qualifications include Bachelor of Business (Accounting), he has a Diploma in Financial Services and a Post Graduate
Diploma in Financial Services Financial Planning. He is also a Certified Financial Planner.

Grant enjoys meeting people and helping them plan their financial future.  His areas of expertise include superannuation,
including self managed superannuation funds, aged care, Centrelink and investment strategies.

Noel Sargent
Financial Controller

Noel is the accountant's accountant, having commenced work at Johnsons MME in January 2007 as the firm's financial controller. 
His qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting).

Noel has a broad commercial accounting background, which has enabled him to provide assistance to clients in a number of one-off
consulting assignments, as well as controlling the accounting affairs of Johnsons MME itself.  Noel is also part of the Information
Technology team that assist all staff at Johnsons MME.
