We can provide on-going services to you or one off engagements advising on a particular issue or investment. In all cases we work on a fee for service basis which means that any commissions payable are rebated back to you. The result is complete transparency for you in the way that we are remunerated. This is different from most financial advisors and planners in the Albury Wodonga region who work on a commission based system. This fundamental difference in the way we do business ensures our work will always be in your best interests.
We provide a fee estimate for all initial advice and implementation work undertaken. Fees for initial advice and implementation typically range between $2,000 and $10,000 plus GST depending upon the level of complexity and the time involved. For all new work, our advisors will provide you with a fee quote or estimated fee range. This will be detailed in a Letter of Engagement that will also outline the services that we are to provide to you. If you accept the terms of this letter, we will enter into an agreement to provide you with our services and advice.
Our structured ongoing services packages provide clarity on the level of ongoing service that we provide to our clients at a pre-determined fee. Our structured service packages range between $600 plus GST to $6,000 plus GST.
Our preference is to provide you with an invoice for the services provided and have fees paid directly to us by you. However, in some circumstances, we can have our fee deducted from your investment/product.
